We understand that sometimes things just don't work out - for that reason Abroad Ocean wants to assure all our customers that we stand behind our product 100% and guarantee our quality and service are second to none. If for any reason you feel you would like to return or exchange a recent purchase, please refer to our FAQS page for details or submit your request in the form provided and a customer service representative will be in touch.

Swimwear bottoms if protective covering has been removed are FINAL SALE and will not be approved for return or refund. 

Any approved returns must be in its original packaging with all tags intact, unworn and no signs of tampering.

If your order was damaged in shipping we will refund the full purchase price once approved; submit your request and include photos to support your claim.

Returns

For any approved return purchased directly from Abroad Ocean may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt and/or packing slip within three (3) calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to Abroad Ocean using a US carrier that provides tracking.

Abroad Ocean cannot accept responsibility or replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Instructions for Approved Returns

All approved returns require a Abroad Ocean RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package.

  • Step 1: Submit your return request on this Customer Service page and await our response.
  • Step 2: If approved - ship your return to:

  • Step 3: Once your approved return has been received and reviewed our customer service will issue your refund and you will be notified via email.
